What kind of Products do you sell?
We sell Candles, Bath Bombs, Jewelry; Stud earrings, hoops, and many other types of earrings and necklaces in different styles. All our Candles, Bath Bombs, and steamers are hand made in Southern California. All Candle products are 100% Soy Coconut Blend, and are Paraffin Free.
If I am a first-time buyer and I want to place a small sample order to see the quality of your products, do I have to purchase the starter package?

How quickly do you ship an order once it’s placed?
Orders that arrive before 10am PST typically go out within 2-3 business days. Orders that arrive after this time typically go out within the 2nd day. Shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays. All Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping. During holidays or peak selling seasons, fulfillment times may experience delays, please contact us if you have any concerns before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
International business is a key area of growth for JewelScent. We ship our products worldwide via USPS (United States Postal Service), our lowest cost option to date, and UPS. If you wish to ship on your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account, we can also make arrangements to do so.
Do all your bath bombs contain jewelry?
Yes, all our bath bombs have a surprise jewelry product inside. However, we accept custom orders and we can also make bath bombs without jewelry.

Does your jewelry tarnish?
All costume jewelry will eventually tarnish over time. However, JewelScent plates all our products with double the US standard to ensure exquisite quality and lengthy lifespan.
Do you guarantee your products?
All of JewelScent products are guaranteed for 30 days for any manufacturer’s defects.
Do you have a catalog?
No, All products will be visible only online.

Are Independent Resellers allowed to use coupon / discount codes?
The use of any additional coupon codes is against our policy for independent resellers, as they are already getting the best pricing possible on our items. If anyone is found out to be abusing this policy, they are subject to removal from the program.
